Courtesy of Collins, there is an abundant supply of food from the restaurant in Santa Fe.

There are cushions, blankets, and plenty of space in which to stretch out.

Outside the door is a sign: This is a Tofu-Free Zone.

And the door is unlocked.

Like...everyone but Angel, really. When Suzi shows up she has Ray's Book (not to be confused with Bob's Book) under one arm, circles under her eyes, and the hair style of someone with very, very curly hair who abandoned her brush in her rush to leave.

She's pretty obviously Suzi, though. Everyone who describes her mentions the tentacles.

Suzi said this would be a good place to get readings on baseline, soy-free humans. So here's a man with blue skin and silver armor, looking around curiously.

A white head peers in from the doorway. There are more people he doesn't know than people he does, and of the people he does know, at least two don't like him.

Hopefully they'll be able to put that aside in the face of the common foe. Yrael thinks they'd just better be able to deal with him being there.

The white cat pads into the room.

"No soy-milk either, one hopes."

She swallows, here, and presses the heels of her hands against her eyes while pushing her hair back with her dorsal and outer ventral tentacles. "Or th-th-that m-m-money is th-th-the w-w-way t-t-to p-prove l-l-love." She says without moving her hands. "S-s-someone s-s-sug-gest-ted th-that a sh-sh-shock m-m-m-ight h-help."

And then she looks up, while the rat that has been following her since she started breaking things (and beating on yuppies) taps her ankle to hand her a glass of something that looks like a mix of green and black teas. It...really isn't, but that's okay. She takes a sip and keeps going "Th-th-they're st-till in th-th-there. W-w-whistler, m-m-m-my W-whistler w-w-as th-th-there l-last n-night."

"I do not know much about what is going on, but it is the soy causing it. I do not know why, or what is behind it," says the white cat, sitting with its tail wrapped around its feet. The fact that he doesn't know bothers him (and his innate curiosity) horribly.

"However, Rachel, the woman serving the soy beverages, gave me the business card of her soy supplier last night." The tail twitches.

Curling up under blankets is fun.

Especially with a good book.

Especially when that good book is an attempt to refresh every little memory you have about things your new boyfriend has done and said.

April has The Fellowship of the Ring, obviously.
