Courtesy of Collins, there is an abundant supply of food from the restaurant in Santa Fe.

There are cushions, blankets, and plenty of space in which to stretch out.

Outside the door is a sign: This is a Tofu-Free Zone.

And the door is unlocked.

Curling up under blankets is fun.

Especially with a good book.

Especially when that good book is an attempt to refresh every little memory you have about things your new boyfriend has done and said.

April has The Fellowship of the Ring, obviously.

Suzi has a bigger book. No, really, when you add in the magnifying glass needed to see the print it is a massive book. Just don't ask her the title, she can't even say the name of the subject right now. She's using a dorsal tentacle to turn the pages.

She still hasn't been attacked with a brush.

April glances over and tilts her head. "Hey, you want to comb your hair out?" she asks. "You've got a bit of an afro going on..."

"D-do y-you h-have a b-brush? Or c-comb?" She looks up, at that, mildly hopeful. If not, well. There is still a lot of Ray's Book to read hoping for a cure to present itself. "M-mine is in W-w-whistler's r-r-room. I d-d-don't w-want t-to g-go b-back there t-t-t-...y-yet."

"Yeah, I do." April nods and digs through her bag for a moment before producing a brush. "Whistler... oh, you must be Suzi." She smiles a bit. "Um... do you want me to do it? So you can keep reading?"

She feels really really bad for the poor girl.

Suzi beat up the Rivan Sorcerer King yesterday, and demolished a table. She's a little...off, yes. "Th-thank y-you. Y-y-yes, p-please. I am." And she can, maybe, be forgiven the tiny smile; "Usually th-the t-t-tent-t-tacles are th-th-the th-thing I'm k-known b-by."

Collins gets mauled. Only not. "Yeah, I'm having fun. Oh good, they don't have frosting. I hear you talked to Boromir the other day."

There's an actual blanket fort. Bob had thought that was a joke.

He pokes his head in. "Room for one more?"

Hey now, blanket forts are no joking matter. Perfectly reasonable reaction to yuppies, though.

Bob ducks down and crawls into the fort. Once he gets settled, he turns to Angel. "I don't think we've met. My name's Bob."

"Likewise." He looks around at the other occupants of the fort. "Do you guys mind if I try something?"

Of course Collins is in the blanket fort. He'd helped Sara make it, after all.

Mmmmm, comfy cushions, brownies, and a good book. He's set.

Sometime after a bar-proper excursion, Collins also has an Angel.
"Hide me."

"That bad?" His arms are open immediately.

"You met Whistler yet?"

"I met him the one time, but not lately, no."

"Suzi's right. He's basically lost it thanks to this shit."
